Andrew focuses the core of his practice on copyright, trademark, and related litigation and dispute resolution. His practice also includes general commercial and contract disputes, entertainment, employment, and general legal consulting for creative industry companies and individuals. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from digital media to publishing to entertainment to consumer products.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Andrew was co-founder of the Kushnirsky Gerber firm and was an attorney at Proskauer Rose and Kilpatrick Townsend, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.​
